Role Details

Role Name: Territory Manager - Service
Department: 3W Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Business Growth & Profitability

  • Enhance service business performance by increasing free service redemptions and overall service inflow.
  • Improve operational efficiency at workshops to boost dealer profitability.
  • Diagnose and resolve critical technical issues.
  • Drive the sale of service-related tools and programs, such as assurance penetration initiatives.

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Improvement

  • Conduct service process audits and implement corrective measures to improve CSI scores.
  • Train dealer service teams in product knowledge, repair standards, special tools, customer handling, and satisfaction.
  • Recover dissatisfied customers through targeted actions and address concerns promptly.
  • Implement and monitor recall policies as required.

Parts Business

  • Achieve and exceed parts sales targets for dealers/APS and ensure incentive eligibility.
  • Strengthen parts distribution networks in the assigned territory.

Product Quality Feedback

  • Provide regular product feedback to the Head Office to aid in quality enhancements.

People Effectiveness

  • Ensure the availability of trained personnel across the network.
  • Manage attrition and maintain a skilled workforce.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Industry: Automotive Industry
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Educational Qualification:
