Position: Business Development Manager (Experience: 5-12 Years)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales and revenue growth while expanding the customer base across diverse geographical regions in alignment with our organizational growth plans. As the face of the company, the Business Development Manager will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy aimed at achieving financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, emerging trends, and customer needs.
  • Organize and participate in business meetings with potential clients to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Promote the company’s products and services, addressing client objectives and predicting future needs.
  • Draft and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with established legal guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key metrics.
  • Provide reliable feedback and deliver exceptional after-sales support.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level staff into skilled and effective sales professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Preferred Qualification: MBA in Marketing (not mandatory for the right candidate).
  • Experience: 4-9 years in a senior business development role or managerial sales position in the IT services industry.
  • Proven expertise in handling US/UK clients and proficiency in US/UK accents.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals with international clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing platforms.
  • Business acumen and market awareness of the latest industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Team management and leadership qualities, with strong time management and planning abilities.
