Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests promptly.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Update office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduation, Diploma, or Post Graduation.
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Skills:
    • Fluency in English.
    • Proficient with MS Office.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Pleasing personality and good customer service skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies and research suppliers.
  • Maintain and update contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
