Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Armia Systems Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of business development, from lead generation to client relationship management, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria set by the senior business development team.
  • Client Meetings: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Help build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and address client inquiries or concerns.
  • CRM Updates: Regularly update CRM databases with relevant information and maintain accurate client data.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track business development activities and progress.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the business development team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Technical/Science Graduate, BE Software, or MBA in IT is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative and detail-oriented with an ability to manage tasks effectively.
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet sales quotas and adapt to a changing business environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Ability to follow up on inbound and outbound prospects through phone, email, and social media.
    • Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
