Junior Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to our travel software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations to ensure a positive support experience.
  • Assist with software testing and quality assurance.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and debugging tasks.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct data entry, cleaning, and validation tasks.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and support incidents.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client or technical support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of .NET, Angular, and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and manage changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in software development or testing.
  • Familiarity with booking engine systems.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and help desk software.
