 Position: Business Processes Associate Consultant

 Purpose and Objectives

SAP aims to empower utilities to excel in the digital economy and transform into integrated, customer-centric enterprises. Through a combination of platforms, cloud services, innovative industry solutions, and transformation expertise, SAP helps utilities increase revenues, improve cash flow, and enhance profit margins.

The Energy & Natural Resources division within the SAP Adoption Services Center, under the SAP Customer Services & Delivery board, guides customers towards becoming Intelligent Enterprises. This involves adopting the S/4 Digital core, S/4H for Utilities, and leveraging Innovation and Cloud technologies for digital transformation.

 Responsibilities

- Comprehend the complete business processes within the Utilities industry.
- Have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Assist functional teams in defining and designing enhancements to meet customer requirements.
- Lead customer discussions to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Clearly define problems and hypothesize effective solutions.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to solve problems and achieve results.
- Deliver outstanding presentations and communicate clearly.
- Collaborate effectively in diverse, multicultural team environments.

 Role Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in SAP project implementation.
- Practical experience with ABAP developments, such as Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms.
- Knowledge of business processes in the Utilities sector.
- Experience in preparing technical specifications, conducting unit testing, and fixing defects.
- Familiarity with JAVA, UI5, WebUI, and Fiori developments.
- Awareness of Machine Learning, CAI, Cloud Extension & Integration, and Innovation is a plus.

 Education and Qualifications

- A degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field (graduate or post-graduate).
- ABAP certification is advantageous.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
