Job Description:

Armia Systems Pvt Ltd is inviting experienced Digital Marketing Analysts to join our team and drive B2B marketing and inbound lead generation for our technology brands. This role will involve crafting compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and executing strategies to enhance our online presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Research and write engaging content to effectively communicate our brand message to an international audience. This includes website content, blogs, newsletters, and guest blogs.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels to engage with the audience and drive traffic.
• SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies using relevant tools to improve organic and paid search results.
• Inbound Marketing Strategies: Set and execute strategies for website/mobile content growth based on inbound traffic analysis.
• Campaign Execution: Conceptualize and implement social media marketing, video campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
• Data Analytics: Use data-driven insights to manage and optimize marketing efforts for better lead generation and performance.
• Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with web and mobile applications and experience working with startups is beneficial.
• HubSpot Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Skills:
  • Strong writing skills for creating compelling content.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO and SEM strategies and tools.
  • Good understanding of social media marketing and email campaigns.
  • Strong data analytics skills to manage and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile applications and experience with startups is beneficial.
