Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Product Owner to lead and manage digital projects in the automotive sector. This role focuses on developing innovative digital products and delivering exceptional experiences for global markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure seamless execution, and drive business growth by creating user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product Development

  • Lead the ideation and development of cutting-edge digital products in the automotive domain.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, software developers, data analysts, and marketers to define product requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify user needs.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.

Project Management

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international digital projects.
  • Define project scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor progress, address risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

International Market Strategy (Preferred)

  • Analyze international markets for digital trends and opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets, considering cultural and regulatory factors.
  • Work with regional teams to tailor digital products to specific markets.

User Experience and Testing

  • Promote user-centric design throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct usability testing, user feedback sessions, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Implement improvements based on user insights and data-driven decisions.

Digital Marketing and Launch

  • Partner with marketing teams to plan product launches and campaigns.
  • Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions for target audiences.
  • Track digital product performance and analyze KPIs to inform marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and international teams.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Category: Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
  • Field: Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • Degrees: Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience

  • 7+ years overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in digital product management and project management.
  • Proven expertise in the automotive industry or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, software development, and UX design principles.
