1. Subscription Services

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscription services can be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will not be granted after this period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscription services can be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will not be granted after this period.

2. Job Posting Packages

  • Single Job Postings: Refunds for single job postings can be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided the job posting has not yet been activated or published.
  • Bulk Job Posting Packages: Refunds for bulk job posting packages can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no job postings from the package have been activated or published.

3. Featured Job Listings

Refunds for featured job listings can be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the listing has not yet been activated or published.

4. Promotional Services

Refunds for promotional services, such as resume database access or featured employer branding, can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been activated.

5. General Conditions

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Customer Support team at support@fresherpools.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval of the request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
