We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This is a flexible role with opportunities to significantly impact our marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute strategies for SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report performance of campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Budget Planning: Develop budgets and create time-bound execution plans.
• Optimization: Identify trends to optimize spending and performance.
• Strategy Development: Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
• Experimentation: Plan and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to support goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional English proficiency.
• Tools: Experience with marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ads Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, etc.
• Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, content, email, influencer, and affiliate marketing.
• Project Management: Strong project and client management skills.
• Research Tools: Familiarity with marketing research tools.
