Job Description

Position Summary:

- Accuracy Verification: Check figures, postings, and documents for precision.
- Financial Data Management: Record, store, retrieve, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Cash Handling: Control and secure cash and equivalents for the property in accordance with cash handling policies and procedures.
- Document Management: Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records following document retention and confidentiality policies.
- Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Auditing: Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.

Responsibilities:

- Safety and Security: Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on the property premises.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets and the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Guest Services: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Communication: Speak with others using clear and professional language; accurately and completely prepare and review written documents; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Quality Assurance: Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Physical Requirements: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Other Duties: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
