About the Role: As a Senior Associate - HR, you will be an integral part of the Regional HR Leadership team, working closely with EKART HR Leaders to define and execute HR strategies. You will manage relationships with internal customers, partner with them to build a robust People charter, and scale up the organization in alignment with business requirements. Your role will involve leveraging your HR subject matter expertise to align best practices with business needs and employee requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Align business practices with people strategies to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale, and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
- Manage the entire employee life cycle.
- Oversee the mid-level recruitment function for City Logistics operations, including search, selection, assessment, and onboarding activities.
- Develop effective partnerships with employees and managers to ensure a positive work environment and create a robust employee network.
- Act as a mentor and coach for junior and mid-management on people and business practices.
- Coach Hub leaders and managers on people management and HR challenges.
- Enhance business performance through efficient business partnering.
- Proactively improve and enhance HR processes and manage change initiatives with people implications.
- Address potential employee challenges proactively to enhance satisfaction and develop professional relationships with peers, colleagues, business, and senior leaders.
- Create and utilize analytical tools and reports to analyze employee information, enabling managers and leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster a positive work environment.
- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions and projects, and ensure timely completion.
- Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders within the HR organization.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a regional HRBP role
- Experience in Ecommerce, FMCG, FMCD, or the retail sector preferred
- Experience in managing FTE/FTC employees
- Proficiency in handling IR issues, compliance, etc.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Passion for leading in a successful and challenging work environment
- Strong bias for impact-based action, with the ability to work at a rapid pace
About the Team: The Senior Associate - HR will be part of the HRBP team, focusing on managing the HR function in Kerala, specifically for the Logistics Management (LM) segment.
