HR Recruiter

We are seeking proactive and experienced candidates for the role of HR Recruiter.

Job Role Summary:

• Coordinate and perform professional-level recruitment and selection activities.
• Work closely with the Assistant Manager-HR and oversee day-to-day recruitment operations.
• Develop and conduct internal staff training for HR Interns.
• Handle other assigned duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from various online channels, such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Compose and post employment advertisements to job portals and other media.
• Research innovative internet-based recruitment methods.
• Partner with hiring supervisors to address recruitment and examination needs.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in recruitment and selection.
• Coordinate and execute the full recruitment process, including candidate screening and interviewing.
• Participate in career fairs and outreach programs to promote employment opportunities.
• Review applications and evaluate candidate qualifications for alignment with job requirements.

Pre-requisites:

• Master’s/Post-Graduation in Human Resources.
• 1–2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
