Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for data annotation services.
- Identify key target markets, industries, and clients that can benefit from our annotation solutions.
Business Development:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs and present customized annotation solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Market Research and Industry Trends:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Identify emerging opportunities in AI/ML, autonomous technology, and related fields.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement finalizations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Sales Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline development, and progress toward targets.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, market insights, and competitor landscape.
