Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sr. Annotation Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our data annotation services. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for data annotation services.
  • Identify key target markets, industries, and clients that can benefit from our annotation solutions.

Business Development:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand client needs and present customized annotation solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Market Research and Industry Trends:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in AI/ML, autonomous technology, and related fields.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement finalizations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Sales Reporting and Metrics:

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline development, and progress toward targets.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, market insights, and competitor landscape.
