Candidate Profile
- Education:
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
Core Work Activities
- Building Successful Relationships: Collaborate with off-property sales channels, build and strengthen customer relationships, and develop community connections to expand the customer base.
- Managing Sales Activities: Participate in sales calls, execute and support operational aspects of booked business, and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Trends and Target Customer Information: Identify new business opportunities, understand market conditions, and close deals to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver service excellence, grow customer loyalty, and provide excellent customer service consistent with company standards.
