Job Purpose:
The role involves generating car loan business through various channels and overseeing the administration and training of a team of executives to expand the car loan portfolio within a specific locality or branch.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Channel Management:
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them.
- Ensuring a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
2. Market Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identifying changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business, and providing high-quality customer service.
3. Process Improvement:
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
4. Team Development:
- Mentor and coach senior team members to instill a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets.
Education Qualification:
- Graduation: Any Graduation.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales.
