 About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Sales and Brand Development Specialist to scale Private Brands on the Amazon Marketplace. This role involves brand development and delivering value propositions for Amazon brands. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, the ability to work independently, and the capability to influence external stakeholders. They should be adept at interfacing with technology systems, training stakeholders, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights. Navigating a rapidly changing environment will require the ability to handle ambiguity and new challenges effectively. Executing repeatable processes efficiently is key.

 Key Responsibilities

- Product and Service Articulation: Understand Amazon Services' products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to external clients and brands.
- Seller Acquisition: Identify and recruit valuable sellers and product selections for Amazon services.
- Category Strategy Execution: Implement category-level strategies for broad metrics, such as in-stock selection and selection gaps.
- Product and Tool Coverage: Maximize coverage of additional products and tools for sellers, such as Sponsored Ads.
- Seller Integration and Training: Manage the integration of seller portfolios, training them to become self-reliant, and focus on brand development and exceeding sales goals.
- Business Opportunity Discovery: Collaborate with category and sales teams to discover strategic business opportunities for customers.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance and sales of key accounts to manage their success.
- Process Efficiency: Work with the team to identify and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies and business goals.
- Data Analysis and Sharing: Gather, analyze, and share data with management to influence business decisions.
- Goal Achievement: Remove any obstacles that hinder goal achievement with minimal supervision.
- Brand Growth Ownership: Own the growth and success of brands within the program, continuously engaging with sellers and internal teams to develop new solutions for seller success.

 Basic Qualifications

- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in data analysis and applying best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Proven ability to manage business metrics effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in meeting revenue targets and quotas.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas logically and succinctly.
