Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager - Liabilities

Job Purpose:
This role focuses on nurturing relationships with Rural Banking clients while delivering top-tier service. The Associate Relationship Manager assists in expanding liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generation and customer account opening. They are accountable for driving client acquisition, fostering household-level relationships, and maximizing customer lifetime value to meet organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct area mapping in the catchment area and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
- Compile a customer wish list via cold calling and promotional activities to enhance bank and product visibility.
- Ensure thorough completion of account opening procedures with strict adherence to KYC norms (Field verification mandatory).
- Introduce multiple products to customers during account opening (e.g., Mobile banking, Net banking registration, Recurring Deposit-Fixed Deposit activation).
- Activate accounts and sustain their health over time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to increase market share.
- Lead the resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Assess client needs and identify revenue opportunities through cross-selling based on lifestyle and risk profiling.
- Ensure compliance with bank regulations.
- Propose procedural improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality throughout the branch network.
- Support the implementation of community development and livelihood enhancement initiatives.
Education Qualification:
- Graduation: Any graduate
Experience:
- 0 to 1 year of relevant branch banking experience.
