Positioned within our esteemed architectural firm, the Telecaller role serves as the primary liaison between our services and potential clients. Your responsibilities will encompass initiating outbound calls, nurturing leads, and coordinating appointments, all while embodying exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.

Qualified candidates will boast a proven track record in similar customer service capacities, ideally within the architectural or construction domains. Proficiency in conveying technical information and navigating CRM systems will be essential, alongside a proactive, goal-oriented demeanor. While a high school diploma is requisite, additional credentials in sales or customer service are advantageous.
