Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Thunderhead Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Thunderhead Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions using Thunderhead and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using Thunderhead, Xenos, and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable software code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support for production deployments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Must-Have Skills
1. Thunderhead/SmartComm: Experience with Thunderhead and SmartComm technologies
2. Xenos: Knowledge of Xenos technology
3. Basic SQL knowledge: Understanding of SQL fundamentals
4. Basic Java knowledge: Familiarity with Java programming language

Good-to-Have Skills
1. Insurance Domain Knowledge: Experience working in the insurance domain
2. Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
3. Ability to work individually: Self-motivated and able to work independently
4. Good Team Player/Multi-tasking: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
5. Adapt to new technologies: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
6. Hands-on experience with Silva: Familiarity with Silva technology

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with Thunderhead, Xenos, and SQL technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
