Supervisor- Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Manage time, materials, and equipment availability, maintaining clear oversight of each process.
• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
• Monitor backlogs and adjust plans to address issues related to demand, production, materials, or quality.
• Maintain stock levels within target ranges.
• Perform data analysis for planning metrics such as CRD/MPD, DSI, S&E, overdue tasks, and production efficiency (POEE/MMR).
• Collaborate with operations to align schedules with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Analyze historical run rates and inputs to define or update machine capacities and production capabilities.
• Update production schedules on the calendar to reflect capacity changes or identified risks.
• Identify mitigation options to address demand-supply gaps and respond to results from simulation models.

Basic Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in production planning within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.
• Quick response capabilities with a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or APS systems.
• Background in manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Project Management (PJM).
