Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Voice-Based)

Location: Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, Madurai

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide voice-based support to international and domestic customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Establish rapport with customers through clear, confident, and professional communication.
  • Ensure a focus on customer satisfaction and work towards achieving first-time resolution.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to quickly resolve technical issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Work closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the existing help modules and provide valuable feedback.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all customer interactions, aiming for a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to engage and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet when addressing customer concerns.
  • Basic technical understanding to help troubleshoot and guide customers, or willingness to learn.
