System Engineer-L2

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer-L2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting active directory, Microsoft Exchange server, and Office 365.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Technical Research: Conduct research on technical feasibility for various projects and technical requirements.
2. Active Directory Management: Manage and troubleshoot active directory and GPO's (Windows server 2012/2016).
3. Exchange Server Management: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange server/Office 365.
4. Network Administration: Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
5. Data Backup and Recovery: Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
6. Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems.
7. Email Application Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
8. Research and Recommendations: Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards.
9. Service Level Agreement Support: Support the team in maintaining service level agreements with clients.

Skills Required
1. Active Directory Experience: Hands-on experience in active directory and group policy management and troubleshooting Windows servers.
2. Exchange Server Experience: Mandatory experience in Microsoft Windows Exchange server and Office 365.
3. Virtualization Tools: Experience with virtualization tools such as VMware and Hyper-V.
4. RMM Tools: Experience with RMM tools such as N-central, Labtech, Solarwinds, NinjaRMM, and Kaseya.
5. Ticketing Tools: Experience with ticketing tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, and Max service desk.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.

Professional Skills
1. Education: Three-year diploma or graduate or postgraduate degree.
2. Certifications: MCSE/MCSA certification would be a plus.

Essential Requirements
1. Night Shift: Willingness to work in a dedicated night shift.
2. Availability: Ability to work remotely (temporary).
