Role Description

Shift Engineer Responsibilities:
- Act as a Shift Engineer in the Plant department.
- Plan and deploy manpower for safe operation and maintenance during shifts.
- Supervise the production process to ensure desired quality and quantity of materials.
- Coordinate upstream supplies to meet material quality requirements and schedule.
- Oversee beneficiation, stacking, reclaiming, loading, and dispatch of materials.
- Supervise the reclaiming and bin filling processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, report abnormalities, and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide guidance to the Maintenance Crew for repairs during shift operations.
- Generate performance reports and conduct analysis.
- Prepare Production Management Information System (MIS) reports and upload production and dispatch data in SAP.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and activities as required.
- Ensure safety of personnel and machinery during shifts.
- Drive improvement initiatives within the shift or area of deployment.

 Skills

- Experience with beneficiation plant operations.
- Knowledge of various mechanical equipment.

 Other Details
- Education: Full-time degree in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or EEI from an AICTE recognized college.
