SOFTWARE SUPPORT (TECHNICAL) ENGINEERS & TRAINEES

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers for the implementation and support of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Support: Provide technical support and implementation services for our software products to international customers.
• Production Support: Assist with web-based applications developed in .NET or Java.
• Server and Cloud Support: Provide technical support for Windows web servers, database servers, and cloud environments like AWS.
• Issue Resolution: Document, track, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with a highly skilled team of technical support engineers in India and the US to deliver top-notch support services to customers worldwide.

Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years in software and technical support.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical abilities.
• Implementation Knowledge: Understanding of software implementation processes.
• Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with networking, FTP, HTTP, DNS, Active Directory, etc.
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in administering Windows (server and desktop), Linux, and Mac OS.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other databases.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts (8 hours/day, 5 days a week).
• Cloud Services: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP (certification is a plus).

Note: Freshers with excellent communication skills and those who have completed internships or courses in MCSE/Networking/Cloud systems are encouraged to apply for the trainee position.
