Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced young architect to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with senior architects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of architectural design and development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in creating and developing architectural drawings, working drawings, 3-dimensional views, and presentations.
- Utilize software skills in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (preferably SketchUp), and rendering software like Lumion.
- Possess a basic understanding of site working conditions and be capable of checking the working details on site.

Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software.
- Basic knowledge of site work and construction details.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to commute to the office in Eroor North, Vennala, Ernakulam daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Preferred)

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience (Preferred)
