Location: 126, N Janatha Rd, Palarivattom, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682025

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Schedule: Morning shift, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural and interior design of projects.
- Utilize engineering principles and materials knowledge to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate efficiently with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish goals and schedules.
- Develop design concepts with attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural design, specifically using Revit.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- A laptop is preferred.
- Residency in Ernakulam is required.

Additional Information:

- The work location is remote.
