As a CAD Methodology Engineer, you will thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment, focusing on cutting-edge flow and methodology solutions for high-performance IP development. Collaborating with architects, logic designers, and verification engineers, you will develop flows to build and verify complex IPs and subsystems.

Responsibilities
- Design new RTL and/or design verification methodologies and flows for high-performance IPs.
- Identify inefficiencies in the front-end chip implementation process and propose improvements.
- Create custom RTL and/or infrastructure solutions for IPs and hierarchical designs, enhancing the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and chip leads globally to drive changes.

Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with RTL design (Verilog, SystemVerilog), design verification (UVM/OVM), and related EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics).
- Methodology Development: Expertise in developing and deploying CAD flows and methodologies for ASIC design, focusing on performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify process inefficiencies and creatively develop solutions to address them.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with architects, logic designers, and verification engineers.
- Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL) to automate design flows and improve efficiency.
- Project Management: Capability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of semiconductor design and manufacturing processes, IP development, and the challenges associated with high-performance chip design.
- Innovation: A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
