Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and Maintenance:
   - Respond to guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner
   - Fix minor plumbing problems, such as unclogging drains and repairing leaky faucets
   - Perform miscellaneous minor repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats and patching holes in walls
- Preventative Maintenance:
   - Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
- Communication and Customer Service:
   - Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
   - Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
   - Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Safety and Quality:
   - Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
   - Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
   - Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Teamwork and Collaboration:
   - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
   - Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of related work experience in maintenance or a similar field
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder
