Responsibilities:

• Develop and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Customers to manage liabilities and commercial assets effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer service adherence and compliance with bank policies.
• Cross-sell existing bank products to enhance customer relationships.
• Inform customers about new products or enhancements to expand banking relationships.
• Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with other group companies to provide seamless access to additional products and services.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer relationships and interactions.
• Monitor customer complaints and queries, ensuring prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
