Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, driving service and spare parts revenue, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and after-sales revenue through our service network.
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Drive service and spare parts revenue through our service network
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and State Transport Undertakings (STUs)
- Collaborate with workshops, dealerships, and TASS to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Analyze and resolve technical issues using strong problem-solving skills
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct
Education and Experience
- B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical) in Automobile or Electrical
- 3-7 years of experience in a technical and/or customer servicing role, preferably in:
- Automobile (passenger, commercial, or two-wheeler)
- Ancillaries (heavy engineering or other sectors)
- Proven experience in managing workshops, dealerships, and TASS in a state
- Experience in managing key accounts and STUs
