Responsibilities:

• Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop proposals by contributing to the proposal document and providing inputs on solution design based on expertise.
• Plan and configure activities, align the product with design requirements, conduct conference room pilots, and address queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates in line with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Expertise in Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce Classic (SFDC/salesforce.com/force.com)
• Mandatory Certification: PD1
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Vlocity
• Minimum 3 years of experience

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models
• Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions
• Knowledge in one or two industry domains
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Experience in project and team management
