Role Brief:

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries.
  • Be proficient in our products and services and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Collect customer feedback and upsell services where applicable.
  • Log all communications accurately and promptly.
  • Meet individual sales targets consistently.
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
