• Strong graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Accenture branding guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn quickly, work well in a team, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines.

Extra Points If You Have:

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• A graduate degree in any field.
• Experience with CMS tools/platforms.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft product offerings and technology.

Additional Requirements:

• A home office with a secure, high-speed internet connection and ergonomic workspace (if working remotely).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and edit graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office tools.
• Remove confidential information from images, tables, charts, and other graphic elements.
• Format and align large Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
• Design presentation decks, job aids, user guides, banners, emailers, and posters.
• Review graphics for quality assurance.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to meet graphic design needs.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes.
