Responsibilities:

1. Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company's client base.  
2. Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present the firm’s services, assess client needs, and customize solutions accordingly. Follow up on leads and keep a detailed record of all client interactions.  
3. Create and deliver tailored service quotations and proposals to prospective clients, ensuring timely and accurate alignment with their requirements and the firm’s offerings.  
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Respond to client inquiries, provide regular updates on service progress, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.  
5. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, identify potential clients, and gather insights into the competitive landscape.  
6. Meet and surpass sales targets by securing new business deals and upselling additional services to existing clients.
