Growth and Innovation Reporting-Supervising Associate

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Growth & Innovation Reporting Specialist/Analyst to join the R&DA Leadership Support Team, reporting to Sandeep Venkatesh (Managed Services CRL). This role primarily supports Managed Services with reporting, analysis, and ad hoc queries, while also contributing to areas like Alliances, Sustainability, AI, and the Smart Delivery Model (SDM). You’ll collaborate with senior staff, finance teams, and other stakeholders to deliver insights and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting for the Growth & Innovation team.
• Educate users on standard reports and tools like the Ad Hoc Cube.
• Handle enhancement and new report requests with CRL and Enablement teams.
• Review data quality and automate processes wherever possible.
• Support special projects and provide tailored insights from big data analysis.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Expertise in EY reporting applications and metrics.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in PowerBI, SQL, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

Experience Required

• 5+ years in finance reporting and analysis roles.
• Familiarity with EY Financial and Markets metrics.
• Proven experience with PowerBI, SQL, and reporting tools.
