Telecallers (Rotational Shifts)

Location: Infopark, Kochi
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage (not mandatory)
Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
Data entry skills to complement telecalling work
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Telecaller
Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems used in call centers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
