Job Description:

Pueblo Shades Pvt. Ltd., a leading web and app development company, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in Malayalam. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, provide information about our services, and generate leads through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Incoming Calls:
   • Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
   • Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
2. Lead Generation:
   • Identify potential leads through telephone interactions.
   • Gather and record customer details for follow-up and further communication.
3. Customer Interaction:
   • Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
   • Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Record Keeping:
   • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the company’s database.
   • Update information as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share information.
   • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes and strategies.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay updated with the company’s products, services, and any changes in policies or procedures.
   • Suggest improvements to enhance customer interaction and lead generation processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills in Malayalam.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and focused.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
