Telecaller Fresher Job

Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the company's services and products.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels to convert them into clients.
3. Maintain and regularly update a detailed client database using MS Excel, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
4. Address customer queries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
5. Meet daily and monthly targets for the number of calls made and successful conversions.
6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and effective handover of leads.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively pitch the company's offerings to clients.

Skills Required:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English and Hindi.
- Written Communication: Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Excel for database management and reporting.
