Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tele-Counselors to join our team in Muvattupuzha. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential candidates, provide information about job opportunities, and guide them through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Provide detailed information about available positions.
- Answer queries and address concerns of potential recruits.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and candidate interactions.
- Schedule follow-up calls and interviews as needed.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
Qualifications:
- Freshers and candidates with 12th grade completion or any Bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
