Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS SQL.
Previous experience in the healthcare or payment domain.
Understanding of data integration concepts and the ability to think outside the box.
Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA and Zendesk.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate deployments and data integration projects.
Experience in production support duties, including customer contact and ownership of issues until resolution.
Hands-on experience in managing multiple projects as production support, release testing, and documentation.
