Job Description: HyperBlox is seeking experienced Software Development Engineers with a strong background in Cellular Packet Core technology. Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of experience in development or architect roles.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Expert knowledge of Packet Core elements (MME/SGW/PGW/HSS and AMF/SMF/UPF/AUSF/UDM/NSSF/NRF) with hands-on experience in 4G/5G systems
• Expert knowledge of 3GPP standards on Packet Core and its interfaces with Radio and OSS/BSS systems
• Good understanding of 5G Network Slicing and its applicability to creating Private Cellular Networks
• Protocol development experience in 3G/4G/5G nodes, using HTTP2 and JSON, GTPv2, Charging, Radius/Diameter, REST API, etc.
• Design and development expertise in one or more programming languages: C, C++, JavaScript, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Packet Core software modules on the HyperBlox platform
• Provide technical expertise as a subject matter expert in responding to customer RFIs/RFPs
• Understand the product and service roadmap and direction, and assist with decisions on product features and service offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery

Job Skills:

• Strong technical experience in software design and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Experience with 4G/LTE Core network development (knowledge of 5G architecture is a plus)
• Familiarity with Edge/Cloud computing concepts and platforms
