Job Description:
As an Immigration Coordinator, you will counsel assigned inquiries and sell our services via phone, email, and in person. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide counseling to potential clients.
• Conduct telephonic sessions and face-to-face counseling for qualified leads.
• Convert leads into clients, meeting assigned targets.
• Advise clients on overseas options, immigration, and visa laws.
• Offer accurate evaluations of candidate profiles.
• Develop personalized global career strategies for clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service by responding to queries promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow phone and email etiquette.
• Provide continuous support to clients throughout the immigration process.
• Work collaboratively within the team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Efficient phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to provide accurate information and fair evaluations.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to meet targets.
• Experience in inside sales (1 year preferred).

Compensation:

• Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
• Benefits: Provident Fund, Commission pay
