Job Summary:
As the Research Head, you will lead our organization's research initiatives, employing innovative strategies and methodologies. You will oversee a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality and impactful research projects align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of researchers.
- Develop and implement research strategies.
- Ensure ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify key research areas and develop comprehensive plans.
- Align research objectives with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Project Management:
- Oversee research project execution.
- Coordinate with departments to integrate research findings.
- Manage research budgets and resources.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Prepare and present research reports.
- Provide actionable insights based on findings.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry experts.
- Represent the company at conferences and seminars.
Duties:
- Design and implement research methodologies.
- Conduct surveys and interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities.
- Attend and contribute to research meetings and seminars.
Requirements:
Education:
- PhD (Completed or Pursuing) in Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in leading and managing research projects.
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Preferred experience in a similar industry role.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in research software and tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to present complex data clearly.
