The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad is seeking highly motivated Support Engineers. These engineers will provide the first line of support for managing addresses, geocodes, and static routes within the Last Mile and various Transportation services. Additionally, they will handle various operational tasks related to optimizing transportation processes.
This role is critical as your solutions will have a direct impact on our customers. Success in this position requires quick learning, effective multitasking, and the ability to manage overlapping tasks efficiently. The position often involves resolving high-impact production issues that necessitate collaboration with multiple teams, including Development, Operations, and IT Support, providing you with a broad range of experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to static routes.
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform software maintenance and configuration to ensure system reliability.
- Implement fixes for internally developed code in languages such as Perl, Ruby, C/C++, and JAVA.
- Conduct minor SQL queries to support various operational needs.
- Update, track, and resolve technical issues using established tracking systems.
- Work closely with development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects to enhance and support existing tools.
- Update and enhance current tools to improve efficiency.
- Automate support processes to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
- Document systems and processes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL.
