 What You’ll Do:
1. Ensure compliance with all cGMP, GXP, or any other requirements, including EHS requirements.
2. Execute the manufacturing/production plan according to the committed schedule for the manufacturing/production section.
3. Complete self-training on the relevant SOPs for the production section.
4. Execute all tasks as per applicable SOPs for the production section.
5. Report any quality concerns or suggestions to seniors.
6. Execute operation and cleaning tasks of respective equipment as per SOP in the production section.
7. Be responsible for activities assigned by superiors from time to time.
8. Execute documentation related to production and ensure strict implementation as per GDP SOP.
9. Perform line clearance for respective equipment/area as per respective SOP.
10. Handle product as per respective BMR/BPR.
11. Maintain equipment for cleanliness and smooth operations, and provide timely updates to the concerned officer for any maintenance-related works.
12. Enforce and maintain a high degree of morale, discipline, and technical expertise within the team for the production section.
13. Ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment in the production section.
14. Suggest upgrades and automation of systems and equipment for the production section.
15. Ensure good hygiene of plant and personnel.
16. Maintain OEE and plant cycle time, identify improvement opportunities, and provide timely updates to the HOD for any suggestions/improvements.
17. Be responsible for shift operations and meeting shift outputs.
18. Report unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors on machines.
19. Monitor and improve yields of the products.
20. Take overall responsibility for the area and the equipment assigned to you.
