Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing lead generation, data analysis, and reporting within the marketing department. This remote position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
 - Oversee the distribution and allocation of leads using the Management Information System (MIS).
 - Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective management.

- Database Management:
 - Create and update email and phone number databases for marketing communications.
 - Ensure accuracy and completeness of data across all platforms.

- Property Listings Management:
 - Manage property listings to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.

- Reporting and Analysis:
 - Produce daily reports on lead generation, allocation, and responses.
 - Analyze leads based on various criteria such as type, budget, location, and customer profile.
 - Monitor the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and provide performance metrics.

- MIS Reporting:
 - Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.
 - Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights for optimizing marketing strategies.

- Data Integrity:
 - Ensure data integrity and consistency across all marketing platforms and databases.
 - Regularly audit data to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 3 - 3.6 Lakhs Per Annum (Indian Rupees).
