Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of detailed financial analyses of various schemes, including budget, commitments, expenditures, and variance analysis to aid management in making informed decisions.

2. Conduct project-specific periodic cost analyses for management review, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project expenses.

3. Assist in the evaluation of sanction requests to ensure adherence to the capital governance process, supporting efficient and compliant capital allocation.

4. Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, providing comprehensive insights into financial performance and project status.

5. Support the analysis of project proposals and business cases, helping management to evaluate potential investments and strategic decisions.

6. Assist in various business process activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

7. Perform working capital analyses and track inventory, conducting related financial analyses to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient use of working capital.

8. Manage financial transactions related to accounts activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording and reconciliation.
