Role Overview: We are seeking seasoned Senior Relationship Managers / Private Bankers to join our dynamic team in a quasi-entrepreneurial capacity. Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of active client management as a Relationship Manager / Private Banker in wealth management. No upper limit on experience; higher experience and AUM are rewarded under our revenue-sharing model.
• Client Profile: Experience managing clients primarily from Affluent (50 lakhs - 10 cr), HNI (10-25 cr), and Ultra-HNI (25 cr+) categories.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-driven with a desire to operate independently while leveraging our supportive infrastructure.
• Client-Focused: Committed to delivering exceptional value and service to clients.
