Company Overview:

Maijo Moto is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Kochi. The HR Executive will play a key role in supervising and guiding employees, assisting in the hiring process, and developing strategies to improve job knowledge and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Supervision:
  • Supervise and guide employees to enhance performance and ensure good working relationships.
• Recruitment Assistance:
  • Assist the HR department in the hiring process, including recruitment, interviews, and orientations.
• Employee Compensation:
  • Assist in managing employee compensation and benefits.
• Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve job knowledge and performance.
• Benefits and Incentives:
  • Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
• Recruitment Planning:
  • Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee the new hiring process.
• Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in HR or related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
